Privacy Policy

LevaCura (“LevaCura,” “we,” “us”) designs, builds, and runs custom AI solutions for small service businesses. This policy explains what information we collect on levacura.com, how we use it, who helps us handle it, and the choices you have — including how to turn off advertising cookies. It is effective as of July 6, 2026.

This policy covers our website and the ways you get in touch with us: our contact form, email, and booked calls. One thing worth saying up front — when we build and run a solution for your business, we handle your customers’ messages on your behalf, under our agreement with you. That information stays yours, and we act only as a service provider for it.

What we collect

What you send through our contact form.Your name, business name, email address, phone number if you choose to share it, and whatever you tell us about what you’d like handled. Submissions are delivered to us by our form processor (listed below), and we use them only to reply to you and put together your quote.

What you share when you book a call. If you book through our scheduling provider, Calendly, the details you enter there — your name, email address, and the time you pick — are processed by Calendly LLC under its own privacy notice.

What’s collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies that collect things such as the pages you visit, the type of device and browser you use, your approximate location (from your IP address), and how you found us. This includes the Meta Pixel described in the next section. Our hosting provider also keeps standard, short-lived server logs (IP address and browser details).

The Meta Pixel and advertising

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram, and this site uses the Meta Pixel — a small piece of code from Meta Platforms, Inc. — to understand whether those ads work. The pixel sets cookies (such as _fbp and _fbc) and shares information about your visit with Meta: the pages you view and the actions you take, like reaching our thank-you page. Meta and we use this to measure ad performance and to build audiences for future ads. If we enable Meta’s advanced matching, details you type into our contact form (such as your email address) may also be shared with Meta in a hashed form that can only be used for matching. You can read more in Meta’s privacy policy.

Under California law, this kind of data flow may be considered “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out in several ways, and all of them are free:

• Right here. Use the toggle in Your privacy choices below. It stops the pixel from loading on this site.
• Global Privacy Control. We honor the GPC browser signal. If your browser or a browser extension sends it, the pixel does not load — nothing else for you to do.
• With Meta. Adjust how Meta uses your data for ads at Meta Ad Preferences.
• In your browser.Block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings. This works for any site, not just ours.
• Industry opt-out. Opt out of interest-based advertising from many companies at once at optout.aboutads.info.

Who helps us handle your information

We share information only with the providers below, and only so they can do their job for us. Each one is limited to the role described.

• Form processing — Formspree, Inc. Receives what you submit through our contact form and delivers it to us. See Formspree’s privacy policy.
• Scheduling — Calendly LLC. Handles call bookings under its privacy notice.
• Ad measurement — Meta Platforms, Inc. Receives the pixel data described above, for measuring our ads and building audiences.
• Hosting — Amazon Web Services. Serves this website (S3 and CloudFront) and keeps standard, short-lived server logs.

That’s the whole list. We don’t use any other analytics tools on this site.

How long we keep information

Contact-form and booking details are kept for as long as we need them to respond and follow up — at most 24 months after our last contact — unless you become a client, in which case we keep what the ongoing relationship and our legal obligations require. Cookie lifetimes are set by their providers; Meta’s _fbp cookie typically lasts about 90 days.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information — encrypted connections, access limited to the people who need it, and reputable providers. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously and are happy to answer questions about exactly how your data is handled.

We don’t sell your information

We do not sell personal information — yours or your customers’. The only data flow that comes close is the ad-measurement sharing described above, and you can turn that off at any time in Your privacy choices.

Children

Our website and services are for business owners. The site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we’ll delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop contacting you. Email sales@levacura.comand we’ll take care of it — usually within a few days, and within 45 days at most. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; we’ll honor those too.

Notice for California residents

California’s privacy law (the CCPA, as amended) gives you specific rights and asks us to describe our practices in its terms. In the 12 months before the date above, we have collected these categories of personal information:

• Identifiers — name, business name, email address, phone number, IP address.
• Commercial information— what you tell us about your business and what you’d like handled.
• Internet activity — pages visited and interactions with our site and ads, collected through cookies and the Meta Pixel.

We collect these for the purposes described in this policy: responding to you, quoting and providing our services, measuring our advertising, and keeping the site secure. We do not sell personal information. The Meta Pixel may constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, and you can opt out at any time using Your privacy choices above or the Global Privacy Control signal, which we honor.

You have the right to know what we’ve collected about you, to have it deleted or corrected, to opt out of sale or sharing, and not to be treated differently for exercising any of these rights. To make a request, email sales@levacura.com— you can also have an authorized agent make the request for you. We’ll verify it and respond within 45 days.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. For material changes we’ll be more direct — a clear note here, and an email to active clients.
